Through corporate and foundation giving, campaigns carried out by its stores, local programs and individual employee involvement, Mar-Val Food Stores supports its communities and numerous non-profit organizations.

Mar-Val Supports Local Schools
The importance of a good education for children in general and helping them get a good start in life is another of Mar-Val Food Stores chief concerns. We partner with other organizations to procure thenecessary supplies for elementary school students to have a successful school year.

The schools in our service area benefit from a program that allows Mar-Val Food Stores to give the local schools 1% of grocery sale receipts.

So make sure you keep your Mar-Val Food Store receipts and have your kids take turn them into their teachers so the schools can receive necessary school supplies.
